Autumn Term 2025
Murphy class has enjoyed learning about the compass and telling each other directions.

The children designed and created a jewellery pot for Cinderella as part of Learning Means The World lessons about Fairytales.

When all the children know the answer to your question!

A real highlight of the week was our trip to the Henley Literary Festival, where we met Andy Day and discovered more about the books he has written. The children enjoyed learning how to draw Dino Dad and listening to Andy read an extract from his story. Everyone was thrilled to take home their very own signed copy of Dino Dad: Mystery of the Missing Egg.
Practical lessons are a favourite. Comparing numbers using number tracks.

In Murphy class this week we have been getting ready for Harves and learning about growing and harvesting sunflowers. We have also been learning about Van Gogh and painting sunflowers.

We are enjoying learning about puppets in our Literacy lessons. The children explored 3D shapes by sorting, matching and stacking.
