Choir

We are lucky enough to be able to offer two choirs for Trinity pupils. The first is 1,2,3 Sing for children in Years 1-3 and the second is Miss Hart's choir, which is for Years 4-6.  This page is for parents of children who are already signed up for choir.

1,2,3 Sing with Mrs Calderbank

Sunday 15th December, 3:30pm arrival for 4pm, Holy Trinity Church

Please arrive 30 minutes early so we can have a little warm up and find our places and things! It's always great if your child has done a little warm up prior too.  Expected to last 45 minutes.  A quick reminder that parents must be there for your child as this isn't classed as a school trip.  We will sing Nativity as our special song and then we will join with the other children there to sing Silent Night at the end.  We will go over this in choir practice, but I will forward a link so the children can familiarise themselves with this at home too.  Please wear Trinity School uniform as we are representing the school

NATIVITY

SILENT NIGHT

Wednesday 18th December, arrive 6pm for a 6:30pm start, Holy Trinity Church

We are planning to sing Starry Night and maybe Teddy Bear Rock as our special songs and then the children will have chance to join in the whole school songs and then I understand that both choirs will join with the professional soloist to sing Hallelujah.  I think we will just be joining in the chorus.  Children to wear Christmas jumper /sparkles with black bottoms and shoes.

TEDDY-BEAR ROCK

Alexandra Burke - Hallelujah (Official Video)

Friday 20th December, 10:30am at Holy Trinity Church

The usual school Christmas Service.  We are planning to sing Starry Night and Nativity - see links above.

There is absolutely no pressure on your children to practice at home - I just know that many of the children like to sing in between practices and it does boost choir's confidence and sound when they do!
